The illustrations of the variations of the most important exercises are great. The fast diet, which is in the book, a quick start to get on the right track. I would buy this product again, and would everyone that the gym was, and propose a quest to rescue her from an embarrassing situation. I do not think that you will be disappointed, what you see in the way of photos, fully explain the exercises. They are most effective.

You''ll also find a large variation of the popular exercises in order to always have been and are valuable. She even the old push-up will be fully understood. And there is no better practice than that, but you can also find some less common exercises that can be very effective.

The author also deals with the Swiss ball and medicine ball for core exercises.

Actually the number of exercises in this book amazing. And to know how you met your grip on various parts of a large muscle adapt knowledge.

In truth, most of this information is not new. But it is in a very effective way to help you regain all the losses you had and have to be able to increase your profits presented.

First thing jumps out immediately is the quality of photography. Absolutely incredible. Next is the number of variations of exercises known incredible (only the push-up variations alone are worth the cost for this book). I was scouring the Internet for more than a year looking for new ways to challenge myself in the gym. There are variations in this book, I have not seen elsewhere in more detail. This book is so comprehensive, I know I''ll get every time I learn something new. The sheer scale of the exercises presented in this book occupied me for some time.

I only regret that I did not pre-order version of women did. That will buy my next Amazon. I''m over the moon with this book and highly recommend it to anyone looking for new ways to push around in the gym. I would be 10 stars if I could.

I think that would be a great gift for a personal trainer make. What could be a wonderful resource for them in a position to continue because their customers in new challenge. The Big Book of Men''s Health is one of the best exercises. This useful book has a fair amount of general information on nutrition, fitness and training for specific sports, but what makes it stand out are his descriptions of these exercises, photos, and versatility. The main part of the book is broken after muscle groups (chest, quads, thighs and buttocks, upper and lower back, biceps and triceps, core). Each section has several exercises dumbbells, barbells, cables or body weight, with good descriptions of how not to use the exercise and good color photos. I do not always dare to lift without any instructions to do by an expert, but any new exercise, I have included in this book has felt right and target the right muscles. I have the book to fine-tune uses an existing workout, adding or swapping out individual exercise, but the Big Book is also packed with the proposed training sessions, including a series of 15-minute workouts for people who are new, have lifting or no time-consuming workouts. There is also a section on exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once. I have had every workout I tried, liked, and I am impressed that the book is aimed both at the gym (with a section on the best way of a good workout in the gym, when are full) and the home. I have a few dumbbells and have focused on the weight and body weight exercises, but if you have a barbell or cable set-machine at home, you should find the book helpful. I am a runner and cyclist and drift in the direction of light weight, fast workouts, but it seems a lot for the heaviest lifting. Rating: 5.4I have bought a lot of practice books over the years. The only thing I would have a brief explanation of what impact have exerted on the muscles would have improved to add variations. But this is only a small error in my opinion, given the huge amount of useful information, the book offers. The book is an excellent buy.
