Our training staff have extensive experience working with diverse populations.  Whether you are 9 or 90, we have the knowledge and expertise to help you reach the next level. All new members receive two complimentary training sessions included in their membership to acclimate them to the gym!

Mike Herrington is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a highly sought after Strength and Conditioning coach for many professional and amateur kickboxers, Boxers, and Mixed Martial Artists. He has helped many competitors (regardless of their sport) reach their personal best as well as state and regional titles.

Mike delivers quality, innovation and evidence based health and fitness solutions which meet or exceed his client’s expectations every time. Whether it’s weight losss, general fitness, strength and conditioning or to improve on something sport specific, he will help you not only achieve but crush your fitness goals. His systematic and scientific approach to program design ensures that all programs are custom tailored to fit each individual and will correct muscle imbalances and help with movement, core function and balance. Mike has worked with people of all fitness levels and has delivered unparalleled results for all of his clients.

            Patty Durell has been helping people achieve their fitness goals for over 15 years. She is a Master Level Personal Trainer, Certified Conditioning Specialist and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She has completed specialized training in nutrition and rehabilitation. Patty has previously worked for HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital as a Physical Therapist Assistant and was nominated as clinician of the year. She is also a former karate instructor and competitor. Patty is an example of “practicing what she preaches” as she has lost over 40 pounds, and kept it off, through proper exercise and nutrition. Patty has been a popular speaker to fitness and medical professionals, high school students and many support groups and has been featured in an interview for Natural Strength.

            Patty provides her clients with one-on-one personal training programs which are safe, efficient and productive. Her unique high-intensity training philosophy has helped her clients increase strength, lose fat, improve conditioning and rehabilitate injuries. Patty’s specialized nutrition programs and personal experience are instrumental in guiding her clients successfully toward their fat loss goals. Patty is able to work effectively with athletes as well as non-athletes, including those with disabilities. Her system works, works for everybody, and works every time- and it will work for you!

We also offer One-on-One Cardio Kickboxing Sessions!

This is a 30 minute full body workout that incorporates the most effective hand, knee, foot and elbow techniques with an intense cardio workout. By participating in our kickboxing workshop you will achieve a physically fit body and at the same time relieve built up stress and tension.
